I am a certified Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance approved Awaken Love Yoga Teacher Training out of Toronto. I specialize in Kundalini, Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Meditation and a Certified Children’s Yoga Teacher. In addition, I am a Level 2 Usui Reiki Practitioner and love to incorporate Energy Healings within my yoga classes.
It is my mission to bring my students back to the roots of yoga. I want to create a judgment-free space for individuals to reconnect with themselves and to facilitate an environment that promotes self-healing, self-care, self-awareness, and self-love.

Yoga is a Sanskrit word that means "union". It refers to the union of mind, body, and spirit. The practice of Yoga in North America is probably better defined as asana, a Sanskrit word that refers to the practice of physical postures or poses. We recommend you drop in for a beginner class and sample Yoga Within.

Kundalini - Intro to Kundalini & Gentle Flow with Kundalini Infusion
Kundalini yoga was brought to the west in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini yoga is yoga of awareness. It is a Science, which works on the seven chakras, the arcline and the aura. It involves postures, breath, movement, sound, mantra and meditation.
Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation
This beginner-level program includes the practices of hatha yoga and mindfulness meditation. It is designed for anyone who wishes to explore mindfulness through yoga postures, breath work, and guided meditation practices known to reduce stress and enhance well-being.
Sunrise Yoga is our early morning class and begins with a short sitting meditation, pranayama, and stretching, then workshop on particular poses. This class continues with a flow sequence, such as sun salutations, asana series, or linked standing poses, and sitting poses ending with shavasana.
Flow Foundations (Hatha/Vinyasa)
This call uses a combination of movement, postures, and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. An all levels class with a focus on alignment, connection to breath, beginners will safely learn the basics while more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level through self-practice opportunities.
This class is similar to our Sunrise Class and will allow you to take a pause from the day to day hustle and bustle of life. Deep relaxation, and learning proper breathing techniques to calm the heart and mind paired with a gentle sequence of basic postures and an opportunity for self practice.
Join in for the joyful and gentle practice of yoga mixed with the powerful healing energy of Reiki. Here you will learn to self-treat and receive a mini Reiki treatment as well as receive a Reiki Energy Healing. Space is limited.
